Poems

These are fun poems I feel like sharing that aren’t a part of any projects.

I wanted to write something inspired by…

Dark Souls, essentially. There are so many assets in the game, like stray piles of bricks, that tell their own story and I wanted to do something with that impulse in a poem.

I wanted to try a persona poem based on a bit I came up with using a new social prop, my harmonica. I still don’t know how to play it and I refuse to learn. For now.

Enjoy this crazy take I made!

I wrote this during a trip to Hawaii. There were some funny stories from then.

This is just a neat little one.

This poem is a blend of witness to a dream and bad memory.

A sconce poem! You should try to make a poem with my dumb little rules and see what happens.

See what!

(Just kidding.)

Poem titled 'Loose Connections' by Anthony Ringuette. The text reflects on themes of memory, military life, identity, and change. It describes experiences with nature and camaraderie, juxtaposed with reflections on the past and a sense of belonging.

I wrote this while practicing sprung rhythm, which is a lot of fun with.

I like to challenge myself…

and write complicated poems in the smallest space I can manage.
